Q&A

DEFINE YOUR AESTHETIC:

↳ Structured yet sensual. Conceptual but grounded. I find beauty in systems, and I explore form through contrasts—softness and strength, vulnerability and structure, earth and ether.

WHAT UNIQUE QUALITIES DO YOU BRING TO THE FASHION AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY?

↳ I bring a macro view of design and sustainability—connecting conceptual research with materials innovation, production realities, and global policy. My practice is rooted in systems thinking, circularity, and creative experimentation. Whether I’m working with students or CEOs, I aim to facilitate meaningful change.

WHAT DRIVES YOU TO TEACH?

↳ Teaching is the one space where knowledge meets possibility. I love working with curious, open minds—seeing how each student interprets the future differently, and helping them find their way to impact it. Education, when done well, is transformative.

WHAT IS YOUR TEACHING PHILOSOPHY?

↳ I teach through dialogue and experimentation. Mistakes are encouraged. Curiosity is essential. Every student has a unique perspective—it’s my job to help them develop the tools, courage, and context to express it with clarity and conviction.

CAREER HIGHS:

↳ Creating Europe’s first alternative luxury concept store. Being selected to lead the Swiss Design Jury (Pro Helvetia). Launching my own label in Paris. Teaching the first cross-college MA at LCF. And always—seeing a student realise their full potential.
